Memorergi good film but with many flaws

mrdanielhur Cate Blanchett is so convincing as a mentally unstable, depressed and vulnerable woman and leaves us all glued to the screen to see what stupid thing she does next! Cate Blanchett exclusively dives into this character as Jasmine and gives yet another great performance that definetely deserved her the Oscar! love her!

iamookay It's an overrated movie. The only good thing in film is Cate Blanchett's acting. Elitic dialogs don't lead audience any theme.

jvandepol It's what you can expect from a Woody Allen movie. The thing that maybe makes this movie worth while is the superb acting of the lead characters. But other than that, the movie is predictably depressing in its attempt to portray the struggles of a middle aged woman who has hit rock bottom after a failed marriage. Without spoiling the plot, the ending is classically Woody Allen too, completely random.
