renayitz If you don't pay attention to the script, or perhaps you didn't pay attention in class, you miss the pop culture and historical references. I loved the fast delivery, the absurd situations and quirky behavior of characters who are so smart and dumb at the same time, the two are so witty and knowledgeable with flashes of self-awareness about their lack of social skills that shine through their awkwardness - or perhaps they're on the "continuum." Sometimes I got the feeling that they were improvising text and keeping the good parts, kinda like "Curb Your Enthusiasm" for the twenty-somethings.

asgaard-45424 Funny quips between main characters who are socially awkward and trying so desperately to fit in with the plastics. Two charming actors with deadpan delivery, you know they didn't keep it together in Take 1 or 2. Remembering my early 20s and those many inebriated social situations, I connected with the actors immediately and look forward to more episodes.
