hgcatindig If you enjoyed Gilmore Girls and love the 50s, you'll definitely enjoy this show. Lots of effort has not only been put into the script but also the set and costume design.
wendyplynch Watching the pilot I thought Hmmmm, all very theatrical. Looks like it was adapted from a Broadway musical comedy. I stuck with it and binge-watched the entire first series. Absolutely terrific. As another reviewer pointed out it does rely on Jewish stereotypes and a lot of cliches, but in the best possible way. Look forward to the next series.
