Laikals The greatest movie ever made..!
Gurlyndrobb While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.
Janae Milner Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.
Tobias Burrows It's easily one of the freshest, sharpest and most enjoyable films of this year.
amonmail-43465 With 10/10 acting and top notch high budget fake blood, this movie should be the example for all shark attack movies. The amazing shark attack scenes just blew me away. It was so phenomenal that I had to look away and bury my head in my knees because of how amazingly realistic the sharktopus' CGI was.
Shane Queston The effects were amazing, and I really appreciated the amount of women in tight bikinis. The Octo-shark was a better name than sharktopus in my opinion. A lot of bad remarks have been made about the effects, but I doubt any of you are any good at 3D modeling.I only gave it a seven because when they tried to bait it, they used very liquidly bait, with very little meaty bits. I am a fisherman so I know that you use lots of fishy bits and barely any blood. Also in one scene a guy drinks a ton of booze, but is completely unaffected by the alcohol, the movie seems to say he can drink a bunch because of his Mexican parents.
wes-connors Beautiful young women in bikinis are being eaten by a huge "Sharktopus"! It is a genetically engineered animal. Imagine a man-eating shark with the tentacles of an octopus. This enables the beast to easily grab and devour people. Known as "S-11", the creature was created to do good work. However, it escapes from seasoned scientist Eric Roberts (as Nathan Sands) and his attractive daughter Sara Malakul Lane (as Nicole), a bio-mechanical engineer. They hire handsome Kerem Bursin (as Andy Flynn) to help capture the hungry beast. With a perfectly chiseled chest, he decides to pursue Ms. Malakul Lane, also. Still going strong with TV quickies, veteran B-movie producer Roger Corman has an apt cameo as a beach bum with a nose for bikinis and gold coins. The attacks are amusing.**** Sharktopus (9/25/10) Declan O'Brien ~ Kerem Bursin, Sara Malakul Lane, Eric Roberts, Liv Boughn
twentystcenturychristian A brilliantly ridiculous b-movie style sci-fi which had my son and I almost in tears we laughed so much. Everything is so wonderfully unbelievable that there is no way you can take this as a serious horror, so just sit back and enjoy it for the masterpiece of ham horror I think it is. Eric Roberts (Will Butler in TV series Less than Perfect)shows what a truly underrated actor he is, playing the "it's-behind-you" script absolutely straight, without a hint of "I'm too good for this film". I can truly say this is without doubt the best worst film I've seen for a very long time. I'm sure it will become a cult-classic. BUT (now this is very important, so pay attention) make sure you watch it with company who will be able appreciate it for what it is, because anyone trying to watch it as a serious (horror/sci-fi) film will be disappointed and will most likely ruin your evening with silly comments about credibility - just point out that the film's title is a bit of a give-away at how credible the film is.
